Remove the top cap and drop food inside the tube facing the blade end as shown.
Replace the top cap as shown.
Flip the tube over so that the blade is facing down as shown and then Shake-N-Chop. That's it...You are done! The weighted blade disk inside the tube slides up and down chopping virtually any food in seconds almost effortlessly.
